I'm already a winner!

The one thing I can count on these days is to receive an encouraging "419" scam e-mail from a "friend" in south Africa. It's nice to know that, even if I don't pass the Bar and get a job, my future is secure if I just send boatloads of money to his account in Nigeria.

Some things never change.

One of my new realistic goals (not the goal of earning money by renting the use of my bank account to Mr. Obanga), is to write 3 essays per day. I figure that if I force myself to get the darn things done in something close to one hour, I'll eventually figure it out. Hey, it's a goal. If at first I only get two done, that's a good start. That, and the 50 MBEs that have found their way back onto my plate. And I still have to find a place for a PT or two per week.

I console myself by remembering that this is a temporary existence and it will end on July 26th.

Good luck to all of you who are waiting for results. I hope May 26th is the first day of your life without having the Bar Exam hanging over your head.
