I just finished writing the Real Property essay that's on the BarBri schedule for tomorrow (Sorry. Today. It's after midnight.) There's no due date listed but I presume it's due on Monday.

For this essay I put a muzzle on my fingers, so to speak, and tried to complete it in something close to one hour. I think it took me about 90 minutes. And it's only two pages long. This is truly a shot in the dark. I'm trying to make the leap from 5-6 page essays that have detailed rule statements and lengthy fact/element analysis, to 2-3 page essays with concise rule statements with a brief analysis.

It's got to be done sooner or later. The earlier I figure it out, the better off I'll be. I'm a little nervous about this one though. And curious.

Why are you nervous? I mean you saw the answer already right? And you know their score is BS anyways.

Maybe nervous isn't the right word. Then again, this whole thing makes me nervous. What's got me on edge is the transition I'm trying to make from writing 5-7 page answers (in 4 hours) where I make sure I've got everything right, to 2-4 page answers in about an hour where I go with my instinct and keep it concise. If I make the transition quickly and easily, and receive passing scores, then all is well. If not, it's going to be more difficult that I expected. So "anxious" might be a better description.
