Some abstract thoughts

I'm heading off this morning to another 4-hour class with my tutor.

My mental block with regards to the Con Law essays is still alive. Crimony!

I only got 5 hours of sleep last night. But I sleep pretty well when I'm exhausted. Blah.

I haven't done many MBEs lately. The last time was Wednesday. I did really well on the 50 Crim Law questions from the PMBR red book. Then I sucked out loud on the Crim Pro questions. There is a bright side to my dismal performance on the Crim Pro questions though. It was almost midnight when I sat back down to do them and I was very tired. So I'm going to chalk the poor performance up to fatigue and do a bunch from Adaptibar this afternoon to renew my confidence. That's the plan, anyway.

Regarding my earlier post about the scary experience of doing all the right things in preparation for the exam then coming up short, I've decided to approach that possibility like combat pilots handle the possibility of being hit with the Golden BB. If it happens, it happens. I'm going to be as well prepared for this exam as I can possibly be and after that... well... after that, the small critters in the neighborhood better stay well hidden because I've got a lot of spare lumber in the back yard and I'm sure there are plans somewhere on the 'net for how to build an altar to the Bar Exam gods. (;-)>

Y'all take care today. Study hard.

Normally, i am against any bar advice. giving or receiving.
However, i'll break that rule today.
allow me to suggest Whitney roberts' "cheat sheets" to help organising a Con Law essay. She's pretty good about methodical writing. If you get yer hands on the book it will do you much good.

Thanks very much, Otto. I appreciate the tip. Looks like it's time to break out the credit card. Again.
