Like sand through the hourglass...

Does it seem like these last days are passing excruciatingly slowly?

Earlier today (I think) someone had posted the process they used to merge their CA Evidence stuff into their Fed Evidence stuff. I just went back to try to find it and couldn't. I think I read it today but, because of the weird time space bubble I seem to find myself in, I now think I might not have seen it at all.

Blah.

I read a post today about how someone tried to reduce stress by, among other things, eating well. I wonder... when one is stressed... trying to eat well seems to me like it would just create more stress. When I'm stressed I look for the cookies, not the tofu (or whatever someone might consider to be healthy.) That just seems counterproductive.

I'm having a hard time organizing these last few days. For example, I spent the morning outlining Criminal Law and Procedure essays. WTF?!? There's much less chance of that being on the exam than there is CA Civil Procedure, Evidence, Community Property, Business Associations, Torts, or even Contracts. Or at least I think there is. Anyway, I spent valuable time unwisely. Blah.

There's a track around here somewhere. I was on it yesterday. I must find it again and get back on it.

Edit: Found the link on the Evidence thing I was looking for. Amanda had it. Thanks, Amanda!

um I spent the day outlining crim pro essays too. because barbri told me to and I'm (mostly) a sheep.

Alrighty then... I don't feel so bad now. Did they predict CrimPro, or was is just a part of their schedule?

Just read the exam instruction. How do you bring the laptop on the test day? There seems to be no mention of laptop bag

it was just on the paced program. they said no crim law, maybe crim pro.

and barbri says if you bring laptop bags they have to be left outside the room.

xkx: Funny, that's what my tutor said. Actually, he didn't predict anything in particular. He just said that because they just had a full-blown murder essay, if they have another Crimes related question, it's likely to be a CrimPro Evidence crossover.

I'll second your comment about the laptop bag. It must be left in the area outside of the testing room. The proctors are all out there and the area is closed off the the general public so it's relatively safe.

However, I just heard a story about someone finding their bag and all of its contents scattered about after the morning session on the second day. Apparently someone else was in a hurry to get to their bag and made a big mess trying to find it.

Sounds like a bad karma generator to me.

Glad you found my post- it was probably hard to find since I've been posting 8 times a day lately : ) I feel as though the days are going very slowly too...

Where can I buy the 4x4 analog clock for the bar exam?

Alexis: Right, you are. I guess it's my own personal "whatever".

Anon: You can probably find one at your local neighborhood drug store, or Target, or Wal-Mart, or ... blah...

Slow?!? The days are freaking flying by. So much to do, so little time. Following the paced program, but still want to work on some weak areas, plus look at every available CA essay/answer, plus look at all the PTs in the BarBari book/available from CA exams....argh!!!!!!!!!

I can send you some charts from a friend if you need them for Evidence/Civpro. I think they were second generation from Calbarexamprimer.
