That's a deep subject.
Get it? "Well."
Hmph.
Trying to fill in the corners, so to speak. Lightly going over outlines. Quickly outlining essays. I did some MBEs this morning on Adaptibar. I wasn't going to take the chance of coming up against more bizarre PMBR or BarBri fact patterns and the accompanying nonsensical answers. I'm testing my homemade yacht in the calm waters of the bay one last time before I take it out on the open seas Tuesday. I don't want to do anything stupid.
I'm going to head over to my hotel tomorrow around noon. I'm taking my outlines, a few essays, my flashcards, and the BarBri PT book. That's about it. I'm not going to take much into the test area except some pens and pencils and a good eraser.
"And that's all I have to say about that."
Seriously, there's really not much more to say.
Kick ass everyone. Let's bend this thing to our will and make it lay down and beg for mercy.

Hey Poobah,
I've been riding that rollercoaster with you, and I think we're both ready to kick some Bar booty! No need to wish good luck, you've got the skills, I'm sure.
Good execution on your study plans.
We shall see, won't we? Yes, we shall.
I wonder what my counter will do when it hits zero hour.

That last line is the best EVER! Good luck.
The timer is now 0 days!!! :( Haven't seen rain here yet but will keep a watchful eye on the skies!

Good luck- thanks for the laughs this summer- you're going to do great!
Good luck, TGP. You'll pass. So will I.
Best of luck to you too Grand Poobah! It'll be great. Congratulations on getting to this point and on your hard work.
If I wake up and hear "I've got you babe" on my clock radio I'll be really scared.
Good luck!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Good luck Grand Poobah!
I took the Cal Bar in Feb. 2007 at age 50 with passing results. I'd taken 3 previous bar exams (Ohio, TX, NM) but the last one was more than 20 years prior to the California experience. Once I got over being intimidated by the abundance of nubile brain cells (not to mention bodies) I did fine and even made some friends. I'm sending good thoughts your way. --L.
Thanks L! When I've attended the commercial bar prep programs, I'm struck by the age disparity amongst the attendees. It appears that the vast majority are 25-30-ish with the next largest (although small in comparison) segment being about our age. It appears that Law is a popular choice as both a first and second career.
Again, thanks for the good thoughts!
Be careful not to post anything from the California bar until Friday evening. Alternative Jewish test takers are taking the exam after the regular population. First time this happened in 2004 July the raw written score was the highest ever...your site comes up on google search so be warned.
Good luck...
