Hey, look, my head is wet!

I just came in from setting the trash out for tomorrow morning's pick up and I found that it's a good day to study. Why, you ask? Because it's raining!

I think we've had more rain here in L.A. over the past couple of weeks than we had all of last year. I remember reading a recent news item that said there's only been about 5" of measurable rainfall here since the spring of 2005, and that we've had about 3" since the start of December. And it's cold, to boot. Colder than I remember it being in many years. And I grew up here so that goes back a ways.

Yep, it's a good day to snuggle up with a good book. The only problem is that the only book I'm reading now is by some guy named Conviser. (;-)>

I felt a tinge of panic last week when I read someone's blog post about starting BarBri's program. It made me realize how out-of-the-loop I am this time with the rest of the Bar Prepping people in the world. I suspect that has something to do with the fact that this is the February exam and also that I'm paying more attention to my own preparation than I am to the rest of all y'all.

The novelty, if you want to call it that, has worn off and, if it's possible, I'm taking this exam more seriously than I did the one last July. I really don't want to be that person you read about in the news ten years from now who has taken the Bar Exam many times, has continually fallen just a few points short, and has turned it into a career by itself (knocking on my wooden head again).

So it's back to my novel now. Let's see... where was I? Oh yeah, Chapter 6, Remedies!

Neither do I!! I have a friend who passed the bar on her 9th try! This is my second and last time! I better pass or die!

I have a question for you....which way do you prefer to lay out/organize your essays: using barbri's method or using Flemings? I took flemings bar prep, and now I am taking barbri ( my MBE was my downfall)...just wondering what you think works best. Thanks!
