Been thinking about you this week. I hope we both passed!

So, what did you think of the Corporations/Professional Responsibility crossover?

I think I saw you in Ontario - one row over. I almost came over to say hi, but thought it might be weird since I only know you from this blog. It was nice to see you in a sea of people I didn't know as a familiar face. I wish you the best of luck.

GP: Are we going to get a recap/blow-by-blow of the bar exam? Would like to know your thoughts.

i would like to know your thoughts as well. once you decompress (and if you are up to it) give us a break down of the dragon that you just slayed!

GP: We miss ya, buddy. Please don't get all serious. Say what ya want, but your opinions and insights are still valuable to a lot of people taking this exam.

I passed the exam on my sixth try and attribute it partly on the comments and evaluations posted on this site.

March 8, 2011. It is two weeks since the start of the Bar Exam. I am working the day watch out of LAPD. We are on the lookout for a Bar Taker who goes by the initials GP. If anyone sees this individual please report to the "Passing the California Bar Exam" blog. Ten Four!

there is one good reason why i - a follow of the blog since 2009 - want GP to fail.

if he passes, all the annoying people that blame his 15 minutes of blogging every few days on the reason for his failing will think they were right.

I don't think he's ever coming back.:(

Please come back!!! you are an inspiration to millions of people.

The February Bar was different than other Bar Exams. The questions were trickier with many themes and sub-themes combining topics that may have been tested by themselves in the past. Many of us felt that the Bar Examiners decided to change things up a bit so that test takers and their tutors didn't get too comfortable with Exam being predictable.

The bar was same old, same old! The difference is HE PASSED!

Anonymous 6:12PM. Did you take the February Bar? If not, how do you know it was the same old same old. If yes, tell us more.

I can't hear you!

I think GP might be suffering from the funks. If so, I've tried that and it doesn't help. Don't doubt yourselves. Remember L.A. Mayor Antonio gave up after his 5th try at the Bar exam. Gov. Wilson passed on his 5ht try.

To david...

Wouldn't you be suffering from the funks, if you failed the exam seven times?

You are right, nothing helps, but to be brutally honest with yourself and give it up, if it's not meant to be!

Telling an eight time taket not to doubt himself, is like telling the Pope not to read the Bible.

Who cares about the LA mayor, he sucks at that job, just as bad as he would have sucked at being a lawyer.

As for Governor Wilson, enough said, he bankrupted CA long ago and now all the douche bags in CA invited him back in to finish us all off.

One man's opinion.

Took the exam for the second time in February. I know many people who took the exam multiple times and finally passed. I think if you take it more than 3 times you are stuck in some wrong ways of thinking. Forget the rule statements and let some analysis flow. All of us who did not pass the first time and worked harder the second time know the law. But fear is our worst enemy. You have to go into these things with confidence. This time around I remembered to discuss the facts in relation to the law, I did 2000 MBEs, and about 15 pts and 25 practice exams. I know I did better. But will I pass? I pray that I do, mostly because the federal loan collectors are breathing down my neck.

THAT BAD HUH?

Hey, anyone hearing from GP by email or phone? Dude, GP, hope you are doing okay.

I don't blame him for laying low. It was a bitch of an exam, and I've taken three other bar exams (including NY) and passed on the first try, and I've been practicing for almost 11 years. I'm not holding my breath on CA.

The most important thing is to relax before the exam... if you don't do that you guys are dead meat

I used to have a huge problem with exams in general but unexpectedly I went good in this one!
I am so happy!
