I don't get that anymore.
A commercial message ensues: "The Goat's Guide. The complete step-by-step guide to preparing for the California Bar Exam on your own." will be offered at a $20 discount for the two week period starting at 6:00 p.m. this Friday until, well, two weeks later.
Best of luck to everyone.
Remember, they can't kill you if you won't die. (That's not from a movie, I just made it up.)

Best of luck - keeping my fingers crossed for you!
Godspeed to you GP.
Good luck to you GP!
Did you ever hear back from admissions?
Thanks, everyone. Appreciate the positive waves, I do.
And, no, I've not heard anything from the Office of Admissions. I'm guessing that they would have notified me if they had not accepted my late file. Regardless, I'll find out on Friday.
Fingers crossed for you!! I remember the pit I felt in my stomach this past May & I'm only thinking good thoughts for all the exam-takers in July, especially anyone who's taken it more than once!!
I avoid that feeling by intentionally not paying attention to when results come out. I actually found out a day late this time. Just as well.
I wish you all the best, sending you positive thoughts.
Small is good. Big is bad. Right?
Hey GP,
I am a repeater who finally passed in May. I know about that feeling you mentioned waiting for results. Kind of feels like you are on death row waiting to be executing, but hoping for a last minute reprieve. Although, like you, that feeling for me eventually faded too.
Obviously this isn't a life and death situation, but it's still annoying. And what state bar starts counting down 3 weeks before the results come out?! I think they are trying to torture people. New York, for example, just sends out an email with the results sometime in early November, but they never tell people the exact date.
Anyways, hoping you get a call from the governor's office tomorrow night with some good news. And if you don't - so be it. As you said, they can't kill you if you won't die. So never give up!
Hope you passed!
Best Luck!!
Wishing you the best of news today!
Wishing you the best this round. I've been reading your blog since the evening of day 2 of the july 2011 exam. If I don't pass, I will be skipping February as well. Not giving up, just don't want to have the yuck feeling of having to gear up to study over the holidays.
Pass or fail, we are still the same person :)
I passed in May, but I am still nervous for some reason!?. This wait sucks...good luck GP!
