The July 2012 Essays Have Been Posted

The essay questions and performance exams from the July 2012 bar exam have been posted on the State Bar website.

I'll peruse them over the weekend and try to get something of a post-post-mortem up next week.

I understand exactly what GP is feeling. You go out and give it everything you have and a little more and you still fail. You just want to go out and hide.It seems the harder and more that I study the worse grade I get.Worse yet is I still do not know what I am doing wrong.I do enjoy reading this blog and am looking forward to GP's post-mortem when he is ready to do so. I wish good luck to all who have tried. Randy Chino, Cal

failing the bar exam has its value. While I can't seem to master enough material to pass, I am an expert on certain areas. I have taken the bar exam 19 times. Instead of learn and flush out of my memory, I now only study one subject at a time for 3 months. I really think this method will work. We will see. Go number 20!! My lucky number. That was the year of my third marriage. My favorite. She died in a bus crash on the way to Vegas!

Poobah - If there was one topic that you think would be on the bar exam in November (or would like more information on) what would it be?

GP - My hope is that you have passed the bar this time around, but if you have to take the exam again in Feb I would highly recommend that you do it gangnam style!!
