Study. Sleep. Repeat.

More Torts today. MBE's for an hour or so. For the uninitiated, MBEs (Multistate Bar Exam questions), are evil, evil multiple choice questions. Click here for the National Conference of bar Examiners' explanation of the MBEs. The average person taking the Bar, after three or four years of study and 2-3 months of intensive preparation, only gets about 62% of these questions correct.

Anyway... MBEs for an hour or so, then essay breakdown for another hour or so, then more Torts substantive law.
