I got up this morning, made a pot of coffee, then set about seeing if the PMBR MBEs are any more difficult that those from Adaptibar.

They are.

I've heard that the difference is due to the fact that PMBR and BarBri, and all the others, modify the released questions so as not to run afoul of the copyright laws. Naturally, then, they also have to modify the answers. The result of this is an MBE that may not be as easy to understand as it was when it left the factory.

I did 100 Con Law MBEs fro the PMBR blue book this morning and got 68% right. I'll try some from the red book tomorrow.

In the afternoon I did a Con Law essay and read up on my weakest subject, Civ Pro.

It was a good study day.
