It's PMBR Red Time!

I know. That doesn't have the same ring as "Miller Time!". What can I say? It's all I've got.

I'm going to do 50 Property questions from the PMBR red book this morning (the "difficult" one). I've determined that the Adaptibar MBEs, for some reason, are too easy. I'm positive that's not because I'm some kind of MBE savant. I think it may have more to do with the fact that, over the last three years, I've exposed myself (is that a crime?) to hundreds, if not thousands, of MBEs from past exams. Not to mention that I've done almost all of the ones in the BarBri law school practice books, the Finz book, and the ones that Jeff Fleming writes.

That having been said, don't think for a minute that I'm not going to hammer the Adaptibar program for all it's worth. I think that simply exposing myself (there I go again) to the questions burns the format into my brain such that I develop something of a Pavlovian response to the fact patterns. I know that has the potential to be a bad thing, but I am betting it actually helps in the long run.

So don't touch that dial. Stay tuned for the next exciting episode airing later this afternoon.

Are you going to take the three-day PMBR course in July(with the simulated exam?)

I have no plans to take the PMBR 3-day course at this time. However, my study partner is taking it so I might change my mind later. Of course, that's contingent on there being an open seat at that late date. So I guess my answer is, "maybe".

I've already spent a ton of money on prep materials. I should probably save that money to make the house payment in August. My wife might like that!

I thought PMBR has you start with the RED book, saving the BLUE book for last (i.e., the harder Q's.)
?????????????????

Well... I've always been told that the red book is the more difficult of the two. The reason why, exactly, has never been explained to me. I'll probably have more of an idea about the truth of that theory towards the end of July.
