I've been waiting for these because I did the CrimLaw essay about 6 weeks ago and I wanted to see how my answer compared with the released answer.
Mine is exactly the same! But different. Blah.
I think the main difference is that I didn't bring up and dismiss the issues that were there, but not implicated. Like Felony Murder as an element of First Degree. I mentioned it in the definition, but I didn't specifically bring up and dismiss it in my analysis. It looks like little things like that are the difference between average answers like mine and the better answers.
But I still have time!
