Working on Evidence substantive law today. I did pretty well in my Evidence class. I tried real hard to understand it because I had heard that it was one of the more difficult subjects.
The nice thing about reviewing subjects is that it all seems familiar. It's not like the first day of a new class when you look at the subject and despair that you'll ever get a handle on it. On second run through, the subjects almost seem like old friends that you haven't seen in a while. Of course, these friends will be the tools the Bar uses to destroy you if you aren't familiar enough with them.
