This is probably old news to most ...

... but the CalBar has posted the released answers to last July's exam.

Frankly, I'm much more comfortable just knowing that that'll never be me, i.e. I will never have passing answers, never be licensed and will henceforth never have to worry or fret or have one scintilla of a moment of anxiety over this stupid exam which has beaten me. You can all tell me that is defeatist but at least that's ok with me, to know that I personally have defeated the self loathing, pain, nausea, self doubt and overall surreal ridiculousness of this pursuit. I was never meant to better you, or even be your peer. I'm not talkin' about y'all, just myself. Don't worry, I'll never post this anymore. I DON'T NEED SYMPATHY. I have conquered.

Best wishes future lawyers

Hey anonymous 4.45 pm,

Did you pass the Bar in another State? Think about it! I did and it changed my life!!! It was pretty easy (compared to the CalBar I would say).

I am happy and balanced now.

Regards,

The California Bar is no more difficult than the New York, Ohio Florida or Michigan Bar...The Low
passing rate is because of the volume of un-prepared students from on-line and other non credited
Law Schools who attempt & fail ...

If those students would study a whole year for the Bar, I believe that their chances will be much better..

All the people, 100%, who sat the
California Bar, passed the first time...and I believe that it is because they all attended top 10 Law Schools...

You WILL ALL PASS... You just have to study longer...

To the person who said that they have given up...OK..Get it off your chest...Pass up the Feb Exams... But get your Butt back in the books for July... You will Pass..!!!

Correction...All the people I know who sat the California Bar..100%, They all passed on their first attempt...

to Anonymous @7:35PM. That is absolutely false. Have you sat for any other bar exam? Having passed CA, NY & MA I can tell you CA with absolute certainty more difficult than the others. You know not of what you write.

To Anonymous @7.35PM.

You are dead wrong; the CalBar is difficult to pass even for experienced lawyers. Haven't you heard about the ex Dean of USC Law School who failed? There is a strong issue with graders, who knows what they want? I too failed the CalBar twice and easily passed in other jurisdictions.

Well I can tell you that the person who sat & passed the California Bar also sat Ohio & Michigan & she found Ohio was more
difficult..She did pass all 3 on first try... The others, 2 did California & NY..One found New York
more of a challenge... 2 Others sat Cal & Chicago... They admitted that California was a wee bit more
difficult than Chicago & about the
same with Florida's...

We have all heard the list of people..Seniors, Judges & Attorneys who did not pass the California Bar... But that is not because it was more difficult it is because they were not prepared.. I have a friend who is sitting the California Bar in Feb... He has not looked at any books yet... His wife is going to be working in Cal & he is working for a Firm with offices in Cal.. He is such a ***** he said he will "ACE" the exam... He believes that as a practicing attorney he has the edge...WRONG!... Only good preparation & study will help one pass ANY Exam...

Brad Pitt has tried to pass the Cal Bar many times but with all of the kids and Angie it is hard to concentrate. I think he intends to take the bar in Guam because he heard it was easier.

Brad Pitt has NEVER EVER taken any Bar Exams.

I think you can be a lawyer in Pago Pago based on your law degree alone. If I recall correctly, they don't have a bar exam or require one for licensed attorneys there.

What a world ...
